How long are products available?

Each sale begins at 00:01 EST and lasts for 24 hours. We work hard to anticipate the demand for products in advance, but sometimes we run out of stock before the 24 hours is up. If it’s a popular product we may extend the time the item is available.

How do I create my account?

Creating a RazzleShop account couldn’t be easier! At the top and bottom of the page, we have a “Sign Up” link that will bring up a simple form for you to fill out. I am ready to pay for my order, what methods of payment do you accept?

Great! We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover).

Do you have free promotional products?

We do! Occasionally we offer free items for new customers who sign up on the day of the promotion and follow the social media promotional instructions.

When will my order arrive?

We ask that you allow 7-14 business days for processing/shipping and delivery, however most of the time products arrive much sooner.

Is shipping included?

Unless otherwise indicated, free standard shipping within the United States is included.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, at this time we only ship within the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska. At this time we are unable to take orders from APO’s.

I have buyers remorse, can you cancel my order?

Please email us at info@razzleshop.com if you no longer want this item. Unfortunately, if this item has already been shipped, we cannot stop the shipment. Otherwise, we will do our best to cancel your requested order.
